Review & Decision
Applications are reviewed by StarTrack Solutions Leadership and the designated HR Head.
During review, we may:
- Verify employment history
- Review killboard activity for context (not judgment)
- Request clarification or follow-up information
Review timelines vary depending on operational tempo. Patience during this stage is appreciated.
After Acceptance
Accepted applicants will receive:
- A corporation invitation to StarTrack Solutions
- Access to internal corporation and alliance documentation
- Discord role assignment and communication access
- Guidance on onboarding and next steps
New members are expected to familiarize themselves with logistics doctrine and communications standards promptly after joining.
